There's a great blog post by a man named Jeremy Del Rio; a consultant for churches and non-profit organizations. It's on the site NeueMinistry.com, which is a blog site administered by Relevant Media Group. I recommend that everyone check out the site; it's really good stuff.
Here's the link for the blog-post. It's about worshiping "beyond the noise". It's the best article I've ever read about modern worship, things we need to correct (from a scriptural point of view), and a leader who's putting these things into action.
