My Current Occupation:: Working

Birthdate:: May 4th, 1983

My Favorite Music:: Music runs through my veins, I love it! My tastes are always changing, but my top fave bands are David Crowder Band, Paramore, and John Mayer.

About Me:: Well I'm probably one of the shortest 26 year olds you'll ever meet...I love the arts, especially music, and I work as a videographer for the legal profession, as well as photograph/videotape weddings with my mom. I'm part of the leadership team at Access [aka:second full-time job, but love it] and love Tuesday nights! I love to travel [especially mission trips] and I love being around people. God has done some amazing things in my life to get me where I am now, so I feel the least I can do is serve Him wherever I am called to!

My Interests / Hobbies: Worshipping and serving my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Access218, hanging with friends and family, music, film/video production, writing stories and poetry, playing racquetball, going to Starbucks, traveling, going to concerts, playing with my puppy Gizmo =)

My Goals / Aspirations / Dreams: To see His Kingdom fufilled here on earth, serving Him faithfully and completely. Find my calling that God has given me for my life and do it! [oh, and I need to finally learn how to play the guitar...]

The things that make me want to get out of bed:: Coffee. lol...pretty much just being able to see my family and friends and knowing I am on this planet to serve God, not myself.

My favorite place I've been:: Have to say now it's a tie between Calgary, Canada, and Sydney, Australia.

My books I'm reading:: The Bible, "Wide Awake" by Erwin McManus (best book I've ever read, next to "Blue Like Jazz")

A little known fact about me:: I have a very visual imagination, as in I can literally picture anything you say in my mind. It is my gift, and my curse.

One thing I hope to accomplish this year:: Get confident in what God has blessed me with, and serve Him completely.

If you can make it to either of those that would be great, if not you can just show up for the retreat itself which we will have lots of stuff to do then. It starts at 5 and Saturday it will end at 4:30, which we will then have A LOT of cleaning up to do if you can stay for that. :-) HOpe you had fun in Sydney and I will see you Friday

This meeting is to go over more details and is not mandatory. If you are interested in planning more of what will go into the retreat and are able, please come. If not, that is completely fine and we will see you on July 12th at the last meeting before the youth retreat. I will send an update on e-mail about what is going on between now and then.
