I have been going to CrossRoad for several years but I have never been a part of any of the groups or been "connected"...last year I sustained a major back injury and I learned how much you really need good people in your life that are willing to be there for you when you're down and have hit rock bottom.
My Interests / Hobbies
Anything near the water...the beach, swimming, boating, snorkeling, scuba diving. Music...l love listening to live music (especially acoustic). Family...they are everything to me...my family all live in Michigan so they can't physically be here to help me out. My love of animals...I have a black lab named, Sierra, and a chocolate lab named, Kalua. They mean the world to me...they're like my children...they are very spoiled and pretty much run the house:)
My Goals / Aspirations / Dreams
I would love to one day find my soulmate, get married, have children and live life to it's fullest....I'm still working on finding my soulmate, so it may take awhile:)
The things that make me want to get out of bed:
The Lord Jesus Christ who has the power to heal me.
My favorite place I've been:
The Florida Keys
My books I'm reading:
"Me and Marley". I haven't seen the movie yet but I heard that it has a very sad ending.
A little known fact about me:
I'm shy at first but once I get to know you I open up and can be very funny.
One thing I hope to accomplish this year:
Overcome the pain I'm experiencing
