Could have been worse....

So, I don't know how many of you know, but after Wesley Tour at JU Tuesday night, Jaymie and I were in a pretty bad accident. We're ok - just some bumps and bruises. My poor, beautiful truck was considered totaled. We were in our neighborhood, and a car ran a stop sign. Somehow, the truck was on its side for a while, but ended up back on the wheels, almost in the woods.

Jaymie had dirt and grass in her hair, and had some hair cut off. We're not really sure how the hair got cut, but we know that since the truck was on its side, that's how the dirt and grass got there.

How much of the front end she actually destroyed-

From the top-the lid was ripped off the truck box and ended up next to the truck-

Please be careful out there. This happened in a split second, and there was nothing we could do about it. Just always be on the lookout for other people and drive as safely as you can.

Hey, get checked out if you are sore. A lot of times in these types of crashes people feel sore and stuff but don't get it checked out and then a few weeks later it gets worse. This looks like a pretty bad accident and I have seen hundreds of them. I am glad you two are ok. Your truck probably helped it from being worse.
