At 3:31pm on July 15, 2009, Kassie Sikes said…: We are going to start setting up the church at 2:00 on Friday. We are also going to meet at Sam's at 12:00 Friday to get food for the weekend. If you can make it to either of those that would be great, if not you can just show up for the retreat itself which we will have lots of stuff to do then. It starts at 5 and Saturday it will end at 4:30, which we will then have A LOT of cleaning up to do if you can stay for that. :-) HOpe you had fun in Sydney and I will see you Friday

This meeting is to go over more details and is not mandatory. If you are interested in planning more of what will go into the retreat and are able, please come. If not, that is completely fine and we will see you on July 12th at the last meeting before the youth retreat. I will send an update on e-mail about what is going on between now and then.
